Service Street Tire & Auto Repair

I came in with a broken thermostat that was very difficult to access. The repair was a good bit longer than anticipated. Thomas, the manager, was very kind to me in that he kept to the original quote. I am very appreciative of his kindness and the diligence and determination of the technician who worked on my car. Thank you so much for such a positive experience.

Had my oil changed and tires balanced, 100% sure I paid for both service. 100% sure one of those things was not done. Even on a somewhat larger tire, balancing a tire is not hard. It takes less than 10 minutes. If my tires were balanced and this is the result I truly question the quality and reliability of the oil change. Sadly I cannot post a video to display the steering wheel wobble I have while driving.

I love Service Street. They’ve been our mechanics for a number of years. Thomas even helped me with tips on buying a new car, and found a few ways to save me a little money on repairs. They did a pre-purchase inspection for me, providing me with a full report, complete with photos and explanations. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Service Street is hands down the most trustworthy car shop around. I bring all of my vehicles here for every service, and I've never had a single issue. The staff is always friendly, honest, and never pressures you into doing unnecessary repairs or maintenance. They also take great care of all my tires. Plus, being conveniently located right here in Thornton makes getting service done a breeze. Highly recommended! >

I would like to take a moment to rave about this shop. I took my wife's jeep in because it completely lost power in the middle of the intersection. REALLY long story short ....these amazing guys took the time to figure out what was actually going on. There was 4 things on this jeep they had to replace before it started working safely. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect before returning the vehicle. Thomas and Steven were absolutely incredible the entire time. Calling me and updating me every step of the way! My car was in the shop for 10 days(parts had to be ordered from out of state) and they gained a customer for life! I won't be going anywhere else!
